    This is the last will and testament of me John Fetherstonhaugh of the parish of Isleworth in the county of Middlesex gentleman I give unto my dear wife absolutely all my household goods and furniture plate linen china and other movables and also one hundred pounds sterling to be paid to her immediately after my decease I also give unto my said wife and her assigns during her natural life my leasehold house and appurtenances in which I now reside called Sion Place Subject to the rent and covenants contained in the lease thereof I give devise and bequeath all and singular my real and the rest and residue of my personal estate of whatsoever nature or kind the same may be at the time of my decease except such specific legacies [hereinafter mentioned ] unto Thomas Jaguall of Cowley gentleman George Clark and John James Clark of the parish of Isleworth aforesaid gentleman To hold unto them their heirs executors admons and assigns according to the several natures and qualities [quantities?]thereof upon trust to pay thereout unto my said dear wife and her assigns during the term of her natural life One annuity yearly rent charge or annual sum of five hundred pounds by equal quarterly payments the first payment to be made on the first feast or quarter day appointed for payment of rent next succeeding my decease and to be paid without any deduction thereout in respect of any rates taxes charges or other impositions whatsoever and to enable my said wife punctually to receive the said annuity I hereby give to her and her assigns full powers of distress and entry upon all or any part of my said real estates for the purpose of compelling and obtaining payment thereof And upon further trust by and out of my said real and personal estates to pay unto Sarah Roarth and her assigns an annuity of ten pounds during her natural life and to be payable half yearly the first payment to be made on the second feast day next succeeding my decease and without any deduction thereout as above mentioned and from and after payment and full satisfaction of the said annuities [quantities?] and every part thereof Upon further trusts to pay over to or equally divide the net clear residue of the rents and profits interest and proceeds of my said real and personal estates unto and amongst all the children of my late sister Mary Ann Empson [the heir of my said sister who takes as such under the will of the late Martha Greenhill only excepted] in equal shares and proportions but in no case by way of anticipation or otherwise that my said trustees do apply the same according to their sole and uncontrollable discretion for their respectual and comfit ? And from and after the decease of my said wife [Subject to the annuity in favour of Sarah Roarth and except as hereinafter mentioned] Upon further trust to pay the whole of the said rents and profits interest and proceeds of my said real and personal estate unto and amongst all the said children of my said sister [except only such heir as aforesaid] until they severally and respectively attain the age of twenty five years and during the life of their father notwithstanding they shall have attained that age before his decease and when and so soon as the said children of my said sister [except such heir as aforesaid] attain their said several and respective ages of twenty five years [in case my said wife and their father shall be then dead Upon further trust to convey? Surrender transfer and pay over unto the said children of my said sister [except such heirs as aforesaid] all and singular my said real sand personal estates to hold the same unto my said sisters children except as aforesaid their several and respective heirs exors admons and assigns for ever according to the several natures and qualities thereof as tenants in common and not as joint tenants and as to the shares and interests of such of the said children being daughters the more effectually to give each of them the entire benefit of the interest they take under this my will I do hereby declare the same and all monies payable to them shall be applied for their separate use and independent of any husband with whom they may intermarry and not be subject in any way to their power control debts or engagements and to that and I declare that the receipts alone of my said sisters daughters for the same notwithstanding their coverture shall be sufficient discharges to my[ said trustees and in case either of the said children of my said sister [except such heirs aforesaid] shall depart this life before having attained the age of twenty one years leaving lawful issue then I direct the share of such deceased child of and in my said real and personal estates shall be conveyed surrendered transferred and paid unto such issue respectively their his or her heirs exors admons on their his or her attaining their respective age or age so of twenty one years and I direct my said trustees during the minorities of such issue to apply according to their sole and uncontrollable discretion the rents and profits interest and proceeds of their shares respectively for and towards their maintenance education and support and from and after the decease of my said wife in case the said Sarah Roarth shall be then living I give unto the said Sarah Roarth and her assigns a further and additional annuity of ten pounds to be charged and chargeable upon my said real and personal estates in like manner as the annuity hereinbefore given to her and also payable in like manner And from and after the decease of my said wife I give unto the son of my sister who is otherwise excluded ? from my will the sum of five hundred pounds sterling and to each of the said daughters of my sister the sum of five hundred pounds sterling and from? all? after the decease of my said wife I give unto the said George Clark and to Ellen his wife and their respective assigns during their respective natural lives the lease of my said present dwelling house and appurtenances and all benefit and advantages thereof and also my moiety? Of the rents of the houses opposite the Bell Inn at Hounslow and also the rents of my leasehold estate at Kew in Surrey Subject to the rents and covenants contained in the aforesaid leases respectively And from and after the decease of the survivor of them the said George Clark and Ellen his wife I give and devise my moiety of the said houses and premises opposite the Bell Inn at Hounslow aforesaid unto the said son of my said sister who is excluded from my will as aforesaid and his heirs and from and after the decease of my said wife I give unto the said John James Clark and his assigns during his natural life the rent of my leasehold estate at Portland Town?
