Now the real problem comes in William R.'s death date and place. In Sangamon County, Illinois, in the Wimmer Cemetery, there is a William H. with this death date and place and lists a wife as Nancy (birthdate) unknown and death date of 1891. I think this William H. is from another group of Featherstons that arrived much later and settled in this area. I ran into them when I was in Illinois researching Illinois records for my John Henry."
